I don’t think Nee in the mix. Could be wrong, but it’s what I’ve heard

Listed on the commitment tweet as a DE. On Hudl, he is listed as a TE/DE.

Something I found interesting. Hunter Hayek - a kid who originally verballed to HC I believe 2 years ago entered the transfer portal from Rutgers. His younger brother was a freshman at Nova this past year and received Honorable Mention Frosh All America. HC actually had him on campus over a recruiting weekend but ultimately chose Nova.
Hunter tweeted out something from HC this past weekend and liked one of Scott James' tweets regarding a verbal commit.
Could be absolutely nothing, but fun to speculate. He has 2 years of eligibility, but I don't see WR being a position of need.
hc2020 - i'm not sure I follow. Another offer?
My guess is they didn't have any more room/money/need for another WR based on 5 coming last year and 4 coming this year, although I would argue it's a real possibility that Gregory plays some RB next year.

Another offer to a WR. Seems to me that we are pretty well stocked at that position, unless someone already on the roster has indicated they are not returning next season?

Brown, Cornell, Sacred Heart, URI all offered him in some form. Honestly - can't figure it out based on all the capital used at WR already, the need for DT, and the information provided by Chesney regarding the second signing period and the need for DT, TE, K and QB.
Quite possibly the most recent verbal fills a need for TE or DT (if he puts on another 20-25lbs). Seems like most of his highlights were at TE.
That said if Duchemin happens to be a verbal - where does he fit - DB? Laham seems to be an SS/WR at his size? I guess we will know more in about 9 days.

In just over a week we will have a much better picture of just who will be joining HC for our 2020 crusade.

Latham’s film is predominantly as a slot receiver. I don’t see him as a SS. Other recruits who have already signed, especially Rivers, are bigger and play a more physical game that is required of the SS position on our team.

247 Sports has lost no time in adding Laham to the list of Holy Cross offers, and indicates that his interest in Holy Cross is "Warm" while his interest in his other offers (Cornell, URI, and Sacred Heart) is shown as "Cool."
