I believe that this is good news. Taj can play either the point or a two. He is 6’2” , strong and athletic with multiple skills. And having played for the PSAL city champs as well on one of the best grass roots teams, he has proven that he is a winner. (Kham and Jave have to educate the team’s website people as to the correct name of their college.) It’s a beautiful couple of days to have a visit from a recruit.

Can anyone update us on our current recruiting plan? A reliable poster has indicated that Boston was our top PG prospect (committed), that our next focus was a big (Chuck Hare) along with Max Green, and then Bryant depending on Green. Should we read that Green isn't looking good or is just the timing of the two visits has no implications as to their or our intentions? Also, it was posted that Arden Begaj was recently or just about to visit. Is he the next big target after Hare? Thanks.

I do not know when these clips were made, but Taj looks improved since I saw him in the spring. Quicker with his dribble moves, more elusive. Solid finishes at the rim.

6’7” power forward from Amarillo, Texas just from his video he doesn't appear to be a PF, he looks like a perimeter player that shoots well from deep and has decent handle for 6-7. We offered in June, he's listed his official visit schedule which we weren't on. I'd guess we're in better shape with Max Green based on him at least visiting, but all these guys with good offers are very long shots. Bryant has to be the most likely to commit to us.

The major aspect of his game that stands out to me, he uses multiple moves each scoring chance..Very hard to teach, players at this level usually use one move and their athleticism to score. Taj uses multiple moves to beat his defender, much harder to defend.....

Hausen committed to High Point.

Brant Beyers, off the board with his commitment to Miami, Ohio Just saw that on Verbal Commits. I wonder if that might impact Max Greene as the Redbirds are one of the schools that offered him and the two sound a lot alike.

At first glance, this strikes me as a move by someone who isn't pleased with his recruitment to date when it comes to offers.

I'm trying to be as cautious as possible here. This is based on my impressions and may be not entirely fair.
The Patrick School (according to Wikipedia, now located in Hillside, NJ) was formerly known as St. Patrick's High School of Elizabeth. It had a well-regarded and successful basketball program under the direction of Coach Kevin Boyle. When the powers that be decided to close St. Patrick's School, it transitioned to The Patrick School no longer connected to the parish or Archdiocese of Newark. According to Wikipedia, in January 2018, NBA star Kyrie Irving, an alumnus of St. Patrick, donated a new gym to The Patrick School. The common thinking (and I have no direct -- or indirect -- knowledge to refute or confirm) is that exists primarily (or perhaps, some might say, exclusively) for its basketball program.

Pretty accurate, but St.Patrick’s under Boyle had become known exclusively for its basketball program.before he left for Montverde in Florida and the school eventually closed.

Like Aidan Richard, Moore was selected by the Texas Bball Coaches Association to his division’s 20 man all-state team. In his case, 5A. Richard made the 6A team.
