Now that the dust has seemingly settled on Coach Chesney's future, I'd like to introduce everyone on the board to "our" 1843 LLC company. This is a company that is owned and operated by three Holy Cross alumni, John "Whitey" Moynihan, Roger Breslin and Mark Cannon. The company has been formed to lead the Holy Cross Football and Basketball programs into the 21st Century "NIL" world. The company will formally be on line beginning January 2024. Know that our company has absolutely nothing to do with the college. The college is fully aware of what we are doing but have nothing to do with it. I introduce this on the board because I know there are a number of folks like us that are loyal both in spirit and financially. We will be reaching out to a wide swarth of people and business's to help Coach Chesney and Coach Paulsen stay competitive in the NIL world. Whitey, myself and Roger are committed to this venture. Also know that this is for our student athletes and future student athletes not for the three of us to make money. We have plans on a mutual football and basketball golf outing in the future where monies will be collected for the "NIL Collective" to support both teams. Corporations that anyone on this board either work for or own are invited to participate in the program. Any questions you may have initially can be direct messaged to football44 or midwest05. Thanks for reading the introduction. Let's Go!!!!

This is great stuff football44. A lot of time and effort have gone into the creation of 1843. Kudos to all involved in getting this off the ground in order to be competitive in today's college football and basketball landscape!!

Maybe Foley can take pictures of the golf outing? They couldn't afford me If Mercy field hockey can (https://www.foley-photography.com/Field-Hockey/2023-Season/Mercy-at-St-Anselms-/), guessing this endeavor could pay whatever your rate is.

But Mercy Field Hockey is funded in part by their prominent sponsor DJ's Green Cleaners and their wash/fold services...we do not have that kind of financial clout

Well, I didn't shoot that game as that was an employee of mine as I was shooting a conference championship game. Mercy's Athletic Department believes in my company to provide for them which is seen as we have served them at National Championship games.

For those looking at where we stand overall - D1-3 Bill Connelly @espn_BillC THIS WEEK'S COLLEGE FOOTBALL TOP 760, in which... * So Dak St would be 7th in the B1G * Colorado Mines would be 10th in the MWC (Montana: 7th) * GVSU would be 10th in the MAC (Youngstown State: 6th) * Holy Cross > UVA * Harvard > Stanford * 56 FCS teams > the worst FBS team pbs.twimg.com/media/GAB50D3X0AE-LMI?format=jpg&name=4096x4096

Thanks for reading the introduction. Let's Go!!!! Took Holy Cross long enough to get a Collective started... It absolutely mystifies me why someone who didn’t go to Holy Cross, is a UNH graduate, who has a business, apparently centered around sports photography feels it necessary to be such a negative presence on this board. What, you applied and didn’t get accepted?? There’s no universe in which I can conceive of doing what you do here on, say, the Fordham board. You certainly have issues. Help is available, but you have to be self aware enough to reach out.
