Dadominate: GREAT POST!! What you highlight here is a central element of the Public-Private-Philanthropic 'racket' that lines the pockets of the 'insiders' such as the intelligentsia at institutions such as Stanford (see more at Harvard, Columbia, Yale and many more including the University of Washington (BIG, TY to a non-doctor with the initials BG closely aligned to this institution).
Not often that frauds such as this get exposed.
The same sort of racket is run on Wall Street which primarily uses Columbia, UPenn (Wharton), University of Chicago and a few others as their 'go to' institutions to write 'research' that is nothing more than COVER.
This all encompassing dynamic defined as regulatory capture is absolutely killing our nation and the world at large. I greatly appreciate and hugely respect your providing specific receipts for those who want to learn more. Well done my fellow Crusader. VERY well done.
Transparency remains the GREAT disinfectant and TRUTH remains a virtuous pursuit.
God willing -- and I am confident everybody here would agree -- that more of these frauds get exposed so that our society here in our nation and globally can be restored. These fights and efforts are most worthy.
LET'S WIN!!

To give credit where it is due.
Props to PVR and ADKH for green lighting the launch and establishment of 90-Wide Mentoring programs across ALL HC Athletics programs. This is an ongoing process. The Ciocca Office for Ethics and Entrepreneurial Studies has launched a 90-Wide effort as well. Props to Rob Murner head of the Ciocca Office for understanding and appreciating the ‘power of the 90W program’.
The use of the 90-Wide name? Singular name to establish the BRAND and elevate the entire effort to be ‘best in class’.
Props to Aaron Dashiell in HC Athletics administration for leading the 90W charge on campus. I have been informed that over 500 Crusaders have already committed to serving as 90W mentors.
Props to Ronnie Perry Jr. for leading the HC MBB 90W effort.
The synergies across ALL the individual 90W Mentoring efforts are screamingly obvious. We are already working on promoting those synergies.
I’d be remiss in not also paying huge props to Coach Chesney, Coach James, Coach Dimichele and ALL the members of the HCFB staff for embracing and promoting the 90W both on the recruiting trails AND within HCFB on campus.
The 90-Wide Mission remains unchanged: A commitment to excellence in helping our Crusaders win on and off the field, court, ice and all other fields of play.
Amazing what can happen when leadership is displayed.

The British Crown? Friends like that, who needs enemies. The Crown - current day globalist elites - made every effort to eliminate the Irish race including many ancestors of fellow Crusaders. For those not aware of the British inhumanity to the Irish, read this and weep. www.irishcentral.com/roots/history/mayo-villages-death-famine

Great win for the Crusaders. Holy Cross Hockey with huge exposure overnight on social media.
Major props to Coach Riga and staff and 'our boys' especially Liam McLinskey with the game winner and goalie Jason Grande who 'stood on his head'.

In referencing the quote of our fellow poster re "the world is a mess" I was trying to be discreet out of courtesy to our fellow posters who have a level of respect for AF that I do not share. The simple fact is that our fellow Crusader is centrally engaged with those other names (Gates et al) that I referenced. Perhaps I should have included his name but that then opens my comment up to the derision often directed at anybody who critiques AF.
I was also trying to provide an informed and educated comment in the hope that it might elevate the overall dialogue as opposed to relegating the one way echo chamber that typically persists.
Wow . . . time for another self-imposed break from this board.
Merry Christmas, gentlemen.

IMO, the key word that Coach Chesney states 4 specific times is “Mission”.
Seems appropriate for so many reasons especially at a school with the name, College of the Holy Cross.
A tremendous Coach and true Servant Leader which is why coaches love working with/for him and why our Crusaders love playing for him.
The results clearly speak for themselves. We owe Associate AD Nick Smith a perpetual debt of gratitude.

There is so much that could be stated here on so many levels about so many topics, individuals, groups, meds and a whole lot more . . . BUT I will not impede on Board rules as discretion and decorum along with the time of year compel me to simply wish everybody the best for a beautiful, blessed and healthy Christmas and the same in the New Year.

Breezy, DHarry, MidwestSader and Football44, absolutely incredible efforts tracking the potential recruits, offers, commitments and those who sign. Not only just the names but then the color that goes along with it is truly remarkable.
Looks like most of our expected ‘horses’ are now in the barn. Great to see.
I feel selfish asking this but do any of you sleuths have any color or insights on how other Patriot League schools did during this signing period?
Thank you.

Very sad to read of the sudden passing of this legendary Pittsburgh Steeler, Franco Harris. Regrettably, "unexpected death" is a phrase being seen FAR too frequently these days. SMH
For those growing up in the '60s and '70s, Franco Harris and the 'Immaculate Reception' is a name and memory that will always be remembered. The Steelers organization had planned for a full weekend of activities this coming weekend to celebrate the 50 year anniversary of that incredible play. The festivities were to include the retiring of Franco Harris' #32. I am shocked to read that the number had not previously been retired.

Here is a fabulous birds eye view of the play that defined Franco but likely somewhat overshadowed a truly spectacular career. Recommend to open your screen to as full a view as possible.
Rest in Peace, Franco. Thanks for the memories.

May Kevin rest in peace and may the pain of his passing fade quickly so the memory of his life and joy he shared with his loved ones resonate forever.
Death is so painful because life is so precious especially those with so much of their life ahead of them.

A little added motivation for our Crusaders on those walks up the hill for winter workouts, spring ball and then in preparation for our 2023 campaign amidst the heat and humidity of central MA.

This message below re 90-Wide was recently sent out by ADKH. Some who frequent this site have likely seen it. I applaud Kit for displaying the leadership to embrace the 90-Wide and now rolling it out across ALL our Crusader Athletic programs. I also want to take this opportunity to applaud Coach Chesney and staff for so deeply incorporating the 90-Wide into the HCFB program and culture. CBC and staff clearly understand and appreciate how impactful 90-Wide can be in recruiting future Crusaders to the hill and then helping them grow and develop both prior to and then beyond graduation. I would be remiss not to also applaud our current leader of the 90W for HCFB a true friend and great Crusader Artie Grutt '02.
In addition to Holy Cross Athletics embracing 90-Wide, I am additionally pleased that the new head of the Ciocca Office for Entrepreneurial Studies and Business Ethics headed by Rob Murner is also in the process of incorporating its own 90-Wide Mentoring program into its efforts.
I could write at length on the power and impact of mentoring on our current and future Crusaders but I do not believe that is necessary. I will simply say as I often have that in the midst of mentoring the life you change just might be your own.
90-Wide Mission: 'A Commitment to Excellence in Helping Our Crusaders Win On and Off the Field'
LET'S WIN . . !!
#90-Wide #Commitment #Excellence #Winning #Pride #Respect #Glory #Honor #TRANSFORMATIVE
***** Crusader Alumni,
I hope that you are well and that you and your families are enjoying the beginning of a wonderful holiday season. I wanted to follow up with you all on the heels of recent outreach from our head coaches regarding 90-Wide Mentorship and our hope that you will consider becoming involved in this core program. From my understanding, there has been an incredible response from our alumni thus far and many of our student-athletes have already been matched up with a mentor. THANK YOU!
Since my arrival at Holy Cross it has become clear that the alumni network and support for our student-athletes truly is the 'special sauce' for the College and Crusader Athletics. The opportunity to leverage our alumni network to the benefit of our student-athletes is unlike any other institution I have seen, and it is our hope to maximize that strength here on Mount St. James.
To be clear, this is not about job placement. Sure, job placement will be an obvious byproduct of a well-rounded mentorship program, but this is far more than that – this is about creating relationships that have the opportunity to change lives and create unparalleled outcomes. This is about recruiting, retaining, graduating, and preparing our student-athletes to go out and lead a life of impact both personally and professionally. The 90-Wide Mentorship Program can be truly transformational for Holy Cross Athletics!
There are a few additional items that I wanted to follow up on to make sure that we start off on the same page:
1. I want to thank our alumni groups who have worked hard over the years to support their team's student-athletes and graduates. There has been some great work coming from a variety of our varsity programs, and I want to make sure everyone understands the rationale behind uniting under the 90-Wide banner. I believe that by consolidating programs it will assist us in creating consistency of policy and practice with regard to how we approach mentoring within our department. It will allow me to advocate both on and off campus for additional resources and support of the program, and it will help us to educate all alumni of the opportunity to get involved and make a difference - regardless of their sport. Approaching this effort with a unified, team-first mindset will help us create a more sustainable model for the future and is consistent with how we hope to operate as a department. This is about the strength and success that consistency can bring to any program, business, family, individual. As I shared with our coaches, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."
2. While the primary driver of communication for each program's 90-Wide effort will be the head coach, I also want to make sure that you are all aware that Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development, Aaron Dashiell (adashiel@holycross.edu), has also taken on the responsibility of serving as the administration's mentorship liaison. Aaron will share information to supplement your coach's efforts, and is available to help if/when you have questions or concerns. Again, as we work to build consistency within this program it was important to identify someone who could focus on these efforts outside of our coaching staff. I am grateful and excited for Aaron's role in supporting the 90-Wide program.
3. This is not the only opportunity for you to get involved with supporting our programs and student-athletes. Understandably, not everyone is able to commit to a mentorship program, but it is our hope that we are still able to get you involved. Career panels, guest speakers, team Zoom nights, networking dinners, alumni game activities, Crusader Athletics Fund (CAF) alumni leadership, etc., are all ways that alumni can continue to get involved in support of our student-athletes. These are your programs and your involvement is critical to our continued development and sustained success.
I hope that you will consider signing up to be an alumni mentor with your head coach, but either way, I hope that you know how much we appreciate all you continue to do for Crusader Athletics. These are exciting days for Holy Cross, and I cannot wait to see where we are able to take this program together. To that end, I would welcome any feedback you may have related to our mentorship efforts and your desire to get involved. Anyone interested in sharing their thoughts can click here to complete a short alumni survey.
Thank you again for your time and please reach out if there is anything that we can do to help. I hope to see you all back in Worcester here at some point soon.
All the best and Go Cross Go!
Kit

If this final play of the Patriots-Raiders game does not go down as the DUMBEST in the history of the NFL, it has to be a close second and I want to see anything that’s even dumber.
Pats 24 Raiders 24
1 second left in regulation Pats ball on their own 45
Watch this.
The postgame press conference has the potential to be the best presser ever. Will Bill “own this”?

I think it is worthy of comment to highlight just how HOT the Crossports Football 'Hot Stove' BURNS here nearly a week after the last game.
From post-game commentary to TV ratings to players departing vs staying to Bob Chesney Watch to Recruiting and Commitments to Future Schedules and SO MUCH MORE. This ongoing actively engaged commentary and community are truly indicative of just how vibrant and robust are the current and future days of our Crusader Football Program and the impact it has on Alma Mater.
TRULY GREAT DAYS TO BE A CRUSADER.
