They look sharp.
That said, I still prefer the ones from the Gordie Lockbaum era,

Those years without scholarships were mostly dreadful years.
Not well known on this board is the fact that, had we had schollies in 1995, we had a real legitimate shot at signing Wally Szczerbiak. During Wally's HS senior year I went to 15 of his games because I was amazed at what an incredible shooter he was. I started sitting with his family around mid season and spoke to his dad about Wally possibly going to HC. His response was that "HC would be great but there are no athletic scholarships....and I think Wally has earned that." Wally was a skinny kid then and only was lightly recruited (thus ending up at mid major Miami of Ohio).

I guess he did not have many suitors either after he de committed from HC or now. BUt it is a bit strange that he had the academics to get into HC, yet his next two choices were Iona and High Point I watched Proctor play about 6 or 7 times on TV and IMO he's no more than an average mid level DI player. Perhaps he will develop over his college career but at this point I think, for example, that a player like Karl Charles has a much higher ceiling.

hoops, sounds like you have some "history" with this coach. I do I would not recommend one of my players to play for Cluess. All you need to know about Cluess is that St John's, his alma mater, passed on hiring him on more than one occasion even though his coaching record would seem to have merited serious consideration.

BC football recruiting has be a tough sell these days.
Don't see the losing tradition in BB and FB ending any time soon for them. The kids coming out of HS have a limited time span to reflect on and at BC any winning is pretty far back in the rear view mirror right now.
