Massey makes Albany a 3 point favorite at HC on Saturday. (I'll be watching from the airport on the way to the Belfast Tournament)
The Great Danes are currently 5-0 with wins over Iona, Boston University (A), Yale, Oneonta, and Dartmouth (A). It appears to be more lopsided than simply 60-40 odds.

Of course it all depends on what HC squad shows up: the one that whipped Harvard or the one that played so bizarrely today....,,

Lots of experience (3 redshirt players) and the ugliest away uniforms of any HC opponent. With our best game - all pieces in place, HC could take this one, but realistically I see Albany as a solid favorite.

Nichols and Cremo are one of the best backcourt combos at our level; should be a great matchup with CG and PB. The key to the game may be JF vs. Stire - Stire is a real bull around the basket, and could get JF into foul trouble. However, JF may cause some problems for him with his quick, rapidly developing game. One good thing is that we generally play really well against these guys. It would be a quality win if we can pull it out.

It has been a while since we have had four players averaging in double figures. Only four games in, but it could be sustainable, especially if Jehyve can avoid trouble and play big minutes..

I think we need to get the ball to JF more often. He is scoring with some of his new moves, not just on put backs or dunks. Jehyve is 19/25= .760 on twos.

Will be interesting to see how the team reacts/bounces back from losing a very winnable game at FDU. Albany a much better team, at least on paper than FDU. But we have home court advantage mostly negated by a probable empty campus.
The "you, you, you oooonnnn . . . . YOU!" will likely echo off the Hart walls this afternoon.

Coach says that Albany always really hits the O glass.
Stevens still a couple weeks away but Coach says rebounding is one of the things he does well

Our defensive rotations from the weak side are painfully slow. Albany, 26-15, 9 to go.

HC with six defensive rebounds on eleven Albany misses. Under 60%, very poor.
