I would love to be a "fly on the wall' when the coaches are discussing recruits and possible transfers.

Not a playing time issue 31 games, 27 mpg, 9 ppg, 6.5 rpg 115 FTA, 2nd on the team 22-83 on threes maybe the motive was the losing 4-14 lg, 7-24 overall

Joe Cremo and David Nichols both leaving Albany, hoping to use the grad transfer rule to move up for a final year. Huge blow for UA and the AE.

I realize that Perkins hasn't played a minute in an actual game (he got some time near the end of the Assumption exhibition) in two years.Has something been said, officially or unofficially, that he needs to be replaced?

Tai Wynyard, 6-10 sophomore from New Zealand, has announced that he will transfer from Kentucky. He played very little in his first two seasons Wasn’t he injured part/much of the time ? From the Kentucky athletics website: "Wynyard arrived at UK as a midyear enrollee in December 2015 and redshirted his initial season. He appeared in 23 career games as a Wildcat but his sophomore season was cut short due to a back injury."

(after sitting out a transfer year..)

(after sitting out a transfer year..) Generally true. He would be able to petition the NCAA to be allowed to play a 6th season, but I doubt he would be successful given that neither of the "missed" seasons was due to injury.

Too much bad luck in this program with injuries, and this goes back to RW. I say stay away from anyone with an injury history.

You beat me to it, tim. A little tired of trying with fingers crossed to get some injured player who was going to heal and lead us to the promised land.

The on-line roster is for the 2017-2018 team, so I wouldn't read anything into that. When we see a 2018-19 roster, if that has no changes, I would consider it significant. Last year the roster was updated in early July, so barring any official notice prior, we might have to wait 3 months. When Coach Carmody was last on the radio show, he made some comment that he didn't know what was going on. My impression at the time was the Charles/Stevens situation wasn't fully resolved at that time

My impression at the time was the Charles/Stevens situation wasn't fully resolved at that time Lutsk asked about possible available scholarships for this year. Carmody shrugged it off, and as I recall said he was happy with the team he had now I'd have to go to the replay, but I have it in the back of my mind that there was a sentence in between the question and happy comment indicating he wasn't sure what the status was.
