16,498...probably going to Dartmouth and Bucknell/Homecoming, so 4 Crusader Saturdays in a row is probably pushing it. I think we'll see a decent Yale crowd...my guesstimate, announced: something like 10-11K actual fannies in Fitton: 8-9K.

8,000. But weather looks good. Could be !0,000, but don't forget about the RSIG effect!

With the Ring of Honor Ceremony coupled with the home opener, I'd say about 16,500. Weather could reduce that substantially. Of the 23,500, the endzone purple tarp covers about 4,000 seats for a new capacity of roughly 19,500. So your guessing Pine will probably remove the tarp ?

With 3,000 of the 19,500 seats unaccounted for, why would the tarp be removed?

I hate the tarp. DCU center used it for the Worcester Sharks. In my opinion it just looks bad. Let people see the whole stadium/rink.

I don't want hype. I don't want video. Le'ts shove it up the Ivies rear ends. Take care of business. Enough is enough. I personally can't stand the Ivies. Let's get it done and get back to winning football and then do the same damn thing to Dartmouth.

Great video. FBS or pro level quality...especially putting the players into the side of the buildings like that.
Field looks great! I love the shield logo for hats and helmets but the midfield logo is too small and narrow. Miss our Crusader!

You guys are delusional if you think that HC has a chance vs Yale. Probably a repeat of last year !

We all miss the Crusader, or -- at least -- most of us do.

You guys are delusional if you think that HC has a chance vs Yale. Probably a repeat of last year ! Yale is very good. A 38-17 kind of game wouldn't be surprising. If Colgate is as good as some project though, I am hoping we'll hang tough.

I would imagine that our Crusaders will be sky high for this game and with the Ring of Honor induction setting a nice stage . . .
Let's Win!!

For a number of reasons this game will be closer than last year's 32-0. I don't think we have made up the talent gap but the enthusiasm and energy will be there for the entire game. Unlike last week, this game will really give us a good idea of what works and does not work in terms of QB, play calling, etc. Hoping we see the frosh really emerge, our talented kicker nail a few field goals, and scare Yale by keeping it close all game.

Hopefully I won't be a jinx (the record when I attend is not that great), but I am heading up shortly (checking out hoops first). I really think the pigskin is pointed in the right direction......Go Cross Go!

Yale, like Colgate, always seems to have our number. If we can get our QB/pass game established we’ll do just fine. Unlike Yale, we have a couple of weeks under our belt, and are at home, which are two nice advantages.

Interesting that I am looking forward to this game so much, even if HC will likely not pull out a win. We are going in with a chance for that wn and with a team that is exciting to watch,..o ne that dos not quit. Whatever the final score, I believe it will be a fun afternoon for HC football. I may even pull out and wear one of my now political incorrect Crusader shirts. GO CROSS GO!
