0-7 Mt. St. Mary’s within 5 vs 7-0 St. John’s, with 7 mins left. SJU is the worst coached team with superior, but totally undisciplined talent

With a 69-62 win over Manhattan, Stony Brook is now 8-1. The 8-1 record was not built on a powder puff schedule. Stony Brook is a good team with some success against quality teams-----beat #128 Rhode Island and #108 South Carolina, but lost to #140 Holy Cross.....

UMASS comes back from down 18 at halftime to win by 1 at Providence on a great set in their final possession after a McCall timeout.
Ed Cooley had absolutely no control over on the game in the 2nd half and then made a fool of himself running onto the court chasing down the officials after the game.

I've met Cooley and is a gentleman. That said, I hope he has a similar experience tomorrow afternoon.

Down big and slowly chipped away all through the 2nd half. Took a lead without about 2 minutes. Back and forth with lead changes down the stretch. Down by 1 scored a two with about 10 seconds. Got a stop on PC's final possesion

They brought in three real and immediate contributors so they are young and deep - those three should help SBU (8-1) outpace their predicted T-4 AE finish. They play #183 Brown today. SBU women (7-1) are keeping pace with the men.

You are right, 45. Now, help me find a restaurant before the game this afternoon that has an "early bird special!" Planning on going to Uno Chicago Grill if it is still there across the street from DCU for an early lunch heavy enough to serve as dinner. If it is too heavy, I may fall asleep during the game. For those watching the stream, if the camera shows an old guy in the stands snoring, that'll probably be me.

Ivy basketball on the upward track as their football ? I’d say ‘yes’ Looking at KenPom's site, here is where he has had the Ivy League ranked among all D-1 conferences 10-11 = #15 11-12 = #16 12-13 = #19 13-14 = #13 14-15 = #15 15-16 = #17 16-17 = #18 17-18 = #21 18-19 = #13 season to date
