KY...Siome interesting posts, especially the high regard for Reilly. I don't see HC as "desperate" but we do need a win. Our guards are inexperienced, but perhaps having our veteran PG stolen by another college has something to do with that. Lou...thanks for posting the article from the Globe.

Funny the guy says he's surprised Reilly hasn't taken a shot, but in a rare official scorer error, his UNH basket was missed

For some reason, I can only read four posts on that thread. Perhaps visitors to their board can only see the most recent page. We have more posts than that on page 2 of our game preview

What you guys forget and take as the standard, is the level of dedication of HC alums/fans and assume all schools are the same.
Different venue but I have posted in the past how in the Nationwide Arena in Columbus for our NCAA game how the local Buckeye fans were so impressed and went out of their way to tell me so with how many purple clad, enthusiastic Crusader fans there were at the game and could not believe how small a school it was to have that many fans.
In addition, I am hazarding a guess there are precious few message boards with so many “immigrants” from other schools who regularly post.

Only semi on topic, but precipitation in the area is now predicted to taper off by mid afternoon. Assuming roads are properly salted so that tonight's deep freeze doesn't produce a lot of black ice, getting to the game should not be a major issue except maybe for our real road warriors travelling greater distances. Better than expected weather has me seriously considering rallying the troops. School night but one must have priorities.

Sort of like watching two HC sporting events at the same time

I guess this as good a place as any to call everyone's attention to a nice (and lengthy) article in today's Boston Pravda Globe regarding a long and deep friendship between BN and UMass HC Matt McCall. Front page of the Sports section, lower right. A nice read. I think we've got a good one, and I'm optimistic for the future, including "being better in February than we are today". The "People's Daily" does have a good sports section.

From looking at the web cams on campus, the roads are clear with no signs of sleet or snow. The NECN reports indicate a coating in the Worcester this afternoon. So far, I am not seeing it looking at the Luth.

So far, I am not seeing it looking at the Luth. - There was some thought that there might be a coating on grass areas but not roads. Looking out window at work, not even that. Rain has stopped and there parking lot at work is drying. Highways should dry quicker. Shouldn't be a weather factor for travelling fans. - Rumor has it that Mr and Mrs Wade were at UNH on Saturday. With a Monday holiday for many, it's almost worth it to stay in beautiful Worcester - Tuesday night game should end at just about a perfect time for the seniors (fans not players) to head straight from game to pub night

Am I the onlyone with Stadium issues again. Says "stay tuned" but a quick 2 second clip looked like a replay of Verbeek perhaps fouling with 19:19 left.
Got it now.
