Lehigh looking very good on defense. Again, held Penn for a 2nd FG after being 1st and goal. Down 6-0 with plenty of time if their offense could ever generate a TD and pull out a last minute win for TG.

Princeton beats MU 31-28 on a late field goal into the wind. That is 13 straight non-league wins for the Tigers. Last loss was to Lehigh in 2016. PU's QB foolishly through a pass with about 3 minutes left deep in their own territory that was picked off for TD. Just a very strange call by the OC. PU vs. Harvard should be a very interesting game.

Lehigh football is in a pretty dark place right now. Can’t imagine that Gilmore is not a dead man walking at this point:

Dartmouth undefeated, 4-0 after just beating Yale 24-17 in OT. Yale drops to 2-2.

Yale was kind of screwed....iffy targeting call on a 4th down that would have ended the game at 17-14.

Lost the ESPN+ feed for Princeton and Harvard games...do they expire after a time??? Annoying No. I had the same problem, like the feed was buffering. Dartmouth beat Yale in OT. Merrimack struggling against Sacred Heart. URI is 5-0, beating Delaware today.

UPenn 20 Lehigh 0 Brown 31 Colgate 10 Fordham 56 Wagner 7 Lafayette 24 Bucknell 0
I'll try and get Week 7 up tomorrow, but no promises with morning tennis, Pats and Sox...could be a Columbus Day posting.

Has any patriot league team gone through the first 6 weeks of the season without a TD?

Yale, Monmouth, UConn and Merrimack losing doesn't help our sos. What's up with Colgate getting crushed by Brown? Even Max Kellerman didn't predict the Red Raiders falling off a cliff this fast.

Our SOS means absolutely bush at this point. Deal is simple now. The one and only path to the playoffs is to win the PATRIOT LEAGUE.
That being said, I hope our OOC opponents still do whatever they can to make us look good!

Lehigh football is in a pretty dark place right now. Can’t imagine that Gilmore is not a dead man walking at this point: 9 TOTAL points while going 0-6 is not easy to do. There are garbage points available in blowouts. Is there any advantage to letting TG finish out the season there? Obviously, it has turned out to be an embarrassingly disastrous hire. When you're supposed to be the "flagship" PL football program, you just dont make your head coaching hire a guy that got canned from a middling league program at the end of a half-decade of complete mediocrity. I still love Gilmore and thank him for doing what he did to resurrect non-svholly Holy Cross football. But hes come to the end of the line.

Colgate stinks? No other explanation needed, really. But they're 1st place in the league at 2-0. So until they relinquish that spot, I guess I shouldn't talk.
