Not sure if Jim Manzello is related to Nick but I do know he has been at Holy Name as AD for many years and is a first-class individual. Nick's son I believe. Hard to keep track. Nick came from a really big family. I thought that Jim was Nick's brother's kid, but I could be mistaken. I'm pretty sure St Paul's (and former HN) girl's soccer coach Billy Manzello is a cousin and not a brother to the AD

Holy Name robbed St. Peter to create St. Paul. More like Holy Name was competently run and perceived as too liberal so the bishop merged the declining enrollment of SPM to make a new school so as to have an excuse fire HN administrators he did not like. The enrollment had Holy Name couldn't have been that great. The building had room to fit all of the St Peter's kids

Speaking of local Catholic High schools, there was also a Marian High school in Worcester. Back in the 70's, it merged with St Peter's to become St Peter-Marian high school. The St Peter's kids moved into the Marian building. Of course St Peter-Marian merged with Holy Name. But, I guess the name St Peter Marian Holy Name was getting a little long. Especially for cheerleaders who might spell it out at sporting events

I imagine the cheerleaders at IUPUI don't spell out the whole name of the school.

For those who occasionally check the webcam, the formwork and foundation walls that can be seen are all associated with the first residence hall. It apparently has an address of 1 City View. There is an open space between the two residence halls, and a dirt ramp runs along the north side of the foundation from this space toward the NW corner, and Mahony (Upper Campus) Road.
No indication that they have started foundation work on the second residence hall. Because there is less slope, this foundation should take less time. Based on a city permit, the second residence hall may have an address of 7 City View.
The architect is the same firm that did the design for the Integrated Science Complex.

And the pipes on the east side of the construction site? And not one with a green thumb but why did they put in that row of trees along the south side of Mahoney Way when they knew they'd be having sand (doesn't look like rich loam) spilling over them? Wouldn't you think that it'd be the end project when landscaping completed?

Vince hinted in an interview with The Spire in late March that an additional residence hall(s) would be built on the south side of City View, but he didn't want to jump the gun on an announcement before Sasaki completes its campus master plan [in a month or so.] The Spire article indicated that Holy Cross could not wait for the Sasaki campus plan to be finished before starting construction on the new residence halls on the north side of City View.
