You know, this wouldn’t happen if we were in the Big East. Speaking of which, I just watched 5 minutes of Xavier vs. Creighton on CBS. Two fine Jesuit institutions who take hoops seriously. The announcer said Creighton tries to score on ever out of bounds play. Who knew? What a concept. On the play I saw, they were inbounding under the hoop and had all 4 players line up on the arc in front of the hoop. They run various screens off of it. What a great idea. Are we allowed to copy? |
