Tse looked to be hobbling coming off the court.
BU should be better, although they could use a floor general.
Road wins good to have.

BU is not very good at all. It was fun to watch the game this cold winter evening.

HC had crisp, quick passes tonight. The announcers were good and indicated they would be calling the next game at Loyola. Does that mean Loyola doesn't have their own ESPN+ regional announcers? I've heard local announcers at a Loyola home women's game. I believe. Not only was the B.U. pep band there, they sounded excellent. I'm glad that Bo's early goaltending call did not end up being a factor.

What a shooting display.
Great road win.
Happy for the team. It looks like they’re having fun out there.
Joe Jones — NOT GOOD!

LS, of course Loyola has their own broadcast team - the BU announcers make the trip and do a radio broadcast of the internet

Good win for the team, and hopefully with tiebreakers it helps in our effort to avoid a play in game.

It seems like we always play good at the Roof. Then when BU comes to the Hart they win.
Nevertheless nice road win!

Navy and Bucknell have regular radio stations.

Not to be a Debbie Downer but this win might well be a one off. There just won't be too many games when both Batch and Octave knock down that many 3s. Batch seems to be a very streaky shooter, Tonight he was torrid and happy for him. Next game, probably not. Same for Octave. It helped we were playing BU, who is greatly underperforming.
Let's see how we do in the next 3 or 4 games before we start feeling some corner has been turned.

59.1% on three pointers tonight is the highest since Jan 26, 2019 when we went 12/19= 63.2% in defeating Navy.

What has happened to Gate's foul shooting? He has historically been a pretty good FT shooter. On his next to last trip to the line, the camera shot showed him from behind...where his hand was on the ball, it was more or less impossible for him to shoot the ball straight. And he didn't! After that, he hit his last 3 of the night.

Tse looked to be hobbling coming off the court. BU should be better, although they could use a floor general. Road wins good to have. And hobbling after the game as well. The game featured an inordinate amount of slips and falls, and to add to that; the ball itself seemed a bit slippery,. Glad we don't play there again.

Go HC.com says that Joe O’s 7 threes ties a school record But it does not say whom Joe tied. Guess they did not want to list the six. Most recent was Malachi Alexander in 2016. First was Ray’s fave, Rob Feaster.

Will Batchelder is now 64-152 for the season on threes, an outstanding ,421 percentage, The 64 made threes ranks #6 all-time for a single season and if Will can make 3 a game for the remaining 8+ games he'll break Kevin Hamilton's single season record of 84.

I think we're pretty much keeping level heads here. Eventually the lack of vertical size near the basketball is bound to do them in. Zink looked like he was going to do it to them for a bit late last night. I still can't get over BU - Harper, Whyte, Tynen....they look like they've regressed instead of playing like old guys. As for our guys, one thing that seems to have improved (in the games where they play well) is the overall passing of the group. It seems to be with more of a purpose now, rather than desperation kick outs at the feet of the shooter. Once in the first half they moved the ball around the perimeter very quickly, with Dorsey flicking a no look touch pass to a wide open Batch in the corner. Really nice to see. Tse settling in a bit where he is taking better care of the ball helps too. Certainly, Batch and Octave are not going to shoot like that every game, but they're pretty good. Can't wait to see what Batch will look like once he matures physically. Huge game with Navy on Saturday, with the opportunity for a tie breaking sweep. Still 7 games to go, but at this point it looks like the guys could finish anywhere from 4th to 9th, if I had to guess. Hope some students come to make noise.

Impressive performance.. as Dave said, road wins are golden.
Maybe my headspace is aligned with sader1970, but I can't help but feel like this is still a pretty bad team that is being propped up by a pretty bad league. Nelson may well be improving, and making the most of the talent he has on hand right now... but I'm still not confident he's capable of moving this program forward. We want to be an actual low/mid-major power, not just the 4th tallest midget in the league of midgets.

Glad somebody said it yes it was a nice win for the team and an enjoyable game to watch fortunately BU defended and shot like we did for the past few years given my extended season of Lent this year I have tried to be neutral with respect to hoops and discuss the reality of the situation after all we did run a first or one of first BOB plays with a purpose of scoring.
