Saving the made FTs for when they will be needed?!

Is there any more dreadful atmosphere in D1 than Cotterell Court? Definitely more fannies in the seats at Mansfield-BC High last night than this contest. It's such a bad basketball league (in terms of fans) outside of Bucknell and HC.

Is there any more dreadful atmosphere in D1 than Cotterell Court? The announcers said the "Cotterell Crazies" went wild when Colgate closed it to 6. They were right. Both of those girls were yelling their lungs out. They even stoped their texting for almost a minute.

Carmody: Maybe the guys shooting 60% on foul shots won't play as much

Colgate shot better (52%-50%), but we were 19-6 off TOs, made them inefficient

I started watching about half an hour ago. Pushed it back to the start before I saw the score. It was pure torture. Kept freezing on me. Then it said "...not available/retry" . Pushed the retry button and it sent me to the handshake line, game over. #$@&^*!ing PL video bull#@*&$~!. At least HC won! The only complaint I have is that the ribbon which provides the score, half and time remaining doesn't also include the 30 second clock.
As to atmosphere, I suspect that the students are still on break, given the empty student section.
If you broke the game into 4 minute sections we creamed them in the first 4, outplayed them in the second 4, played them even in the third and fourth 4s and got seriously outplayed in the last 4 minutes of the first half.
In the second half I believe it was pretty much even in the first 4, we out played them in the second and third 4s, got outplayed in the 4th and played slightly better in the final 4 minutes, save of course from the foul line.
Tim, I didn't now that when you joined a game in progress that you could start at the beginning. How does one do that?

OK, HC snaps the regular season PL streak at 10 straight away losses. The game was sloppy at times (but saw only one careless pass - it resulted in a steal and bucket by Colgate). (thanks, lou)

Turnover advantage has been a huge factor this season, +81 for the season, helping to compensate for the rebounding disadvantage

Right. The lack of a shot clock on the screen was annoying.
To go back, look at the bar at the bottom of the screen. You can move the indicator to the left to go back.

Watching Bucknell/AU. Taking note of the good Bison fan contingent. Gotta bring the heat noise wise on Sunday.

purple beat me to it, thanks. There is a line at the bottom of the screen with the play and stop on the left of that. I drag the line to the left, then push play again. You have to be careful not to see the score; sometimes that's difficult. The best thing is if you can do it during one of the commercial breaks. For some reason, it's easier to do that in football. Also if you are watching more or less in real time, you can make your own replays.

OK, HC snaps the regular season PL streak at 9 away losses - no double figures. Sloppy at times (but saw only one careless pass - it resulted in a steal and bucket by Colgate). the streak was 9 last season 1 this season

Tim,
thanks as I would love to see replays. I wonder if you can do that during timeouts and half time.

Turnover advantage has been a huge factor this season, +81 for the season, helping to compensate for the rebounding disadvantage Also compensates for our opponents' ability to sink shots when they don't turn it over. Coming into the game we were being out-shot, 47%-42%

Tim, thanks as I would love to see replays. I wonder if you can do that during timeouts and half time. I think so, although some times during the pauses the bar is hard to find. The way I do it is to note the time on the bar, back it up, then go forward to the time where you started. There is also a "live" button if you just want to go back to real time.

Is there any more dreadful atmosphere in D1 than Cotterell Court? I believe the actual attendance was around 150. Defintely not more than 50 behind the benches (the people in the stands wouldn't have filled the G A T E painted on the bleachers!), looked like around 100 on the other side. Bad weather or just typical Colgate? did the 150 include the women's team?... what's the 13 in the foul lanes

"Lucky 13 The university was originally founded as The Baptist Education Society of the State of New York by 13 men who each offered $13 and 13 prayers.
The society's original constitution contained 13 articles. Our address is 13 Oak Drive, and we are located in the zip code 13346 (the first two digits are 13, and the last three digits add up to 13!). There is certainly no triskaidekaphobia (fear of the number 13) here -- in fact we've embraced it as Colgate's lucky number!
So, that is why we've adopted the most notorious 13 – Friday the 13th – as a celebration of Colgate. Every Colgate Day students, faculty, staff, alumni, and families around the world don their Colgate regalia and celebrate the university and its community. And tweet" From Colgate website

Good "ROAD" win by the guys tonight! In fact as others have noted, our first road win in regular season under CWC! Will be a very happy bus ride home tonight for sure!
Positives:
1.) Got off to a great start! 2.) Played great "D" in keeping CU around the 60 mark! 3.) AT had a very good all around game!
Negatives:
1.) Poor foul shooting! (It must improve!) 2.) Letting them back into the game after being up 17 - 0! 3.) PB was having an off night (though he made a key layup late in the game)! 4.) During the last 10 minutes of the game, with PB having an off night, why was he still in there! I don't particularly like it with 2 small guards and one having an off night why didn't we have MH in there? 5.) RC with a lazy pass to the left side which resulted in a CU steal and basket.
We need to bring our A game (think Monmouth) on Sunday to beat the Bison!

Yes, many of your posts have a "facts be damned" approach 2. It's ironic that you of all people tell someone to get a life.
