I'll sell you mine. It has been unworn since 2000 (excepting one or two brief appearances in alumni games). Condition: Scratches, gores, etc., but decals are visible. Price: $1,000.00 (sentimental value, but negotiable).

I would suggest that conjecture re the cause of the accident is not particularly helpful right now.

Writing was on the wall (as clear as it was on this board) - he is terrible and URI just saved us another year of awful play calling. Good riddance. HA! I know you are kidding. Good job. Serious as a heart attack. He was terrible and I am glad he is gone.

Are all Murphy’s detractors sure that our offense will be radically different with a new coordinator ? We have the same head coach who had to ultimately approve the OC’s game plans. I'll take my chances on new play caller.

It is good news they did not cut him or give him an injury settlement.
Simply - he was hurt. It is not a tragedy. He is the NFL and proving he belongs.

You must have felt a huge weight lifting from your shoulders when you admitted this past youthful mistake... That was a tame night at HC in those days, but alas, it was not me. There was already a hole in my ear, so the pin went in without blood, and I did not wear it out in public.

There is only one man that is allowed to wear that type of earring and be taken seriously. haha After a win one night, a few of the players celebrated too hard and pierced their ears with the HC team pins that Coach A gave us. I won't say names, but suffice it to say, there was at least one player walking around Caro Street with a "Together We Will" pin in his left ear.

I'm in my 40's and a lot of guys, including me, had earrings back in the 90's. Not a big deal.

Who cares about Helms. He wants to try to play at Clemson or USF, good for him. We have 3 QB's on roster and one coming in. Let them compete and may the best man win.

Deleted. Saw Marlboro in NAD's post and assumed is was Marlboro NY. in Hudson valley Appears Mr. Rimkus was from marlborough ma. Thus I deleted. P.S. Pascale was a DE for the Crusaders in late 90's. While not a star on the field, a very good teammate and very bad disc jockey for the College radio station

My thoughts on considine: 1. Slow. Watched him run today... Like he was running in water. 2. Slow. His wind up on his throw takes far too much preparation to deliver. This will be a serious problem once the competition starts paying attention to him 3. He is more consistent than CD. If I have my choice between CD and MC for my starter, I'd choose MC. I wouldn't be running an RPO. I don't think MC had the mobility for it. Work an offense around his positive attributes and he could have a good senior year. Need the OL to protect him. Lastly, great season, enjoyed it! Looking forward to seeing what Chesney does next year! That is right. He has a long hitch/throwing motion (almost circular) but he has a lot more arm talent than CD. He runs in slow mo, and is probably better suited for drop back offense.

To put this year into context, there hasn't been a QB since 2003 (1-11) that had a worse completion percentage (Brian Schiller 49.3%). Since Schiller was a back up, there hasn't been a starter with this low of a completion pct in the 21st century Obviously, drops and offensive schematics shoulder a large portion of the blame, however, Degenhardt was voted second best QB in the Patriot League. Degenhardt: 53.37% Considine: 51.85% ***Peter Pujals in 2017 was around 55% and John O'Neill in 2005 was around 55% KY Crusader 75 : Is there a way to dig deeper into our statistical archive to see where these completion pct's fall all time among starters? In the past 29 years (1980), there have only been 4 Starting QB's with a worse completion percentage. The last coming in 1999 (Ryan Collar) and his career was well... interesting. View AttachmentHe was interesting. I played with him and he was a friend. He was a top recruit - Harvard, Some Fbs (lower end Mac etc.). He was smart- he was the valedictorian of c/o 2001. He had good mechanics and was a the ultimate practice player. However, he did Not perform well in games. He lost his job to B Hall and Chico who were better performers. There really is no explanation as he had the tools. My only (humble) explanation is that he came from from money and was simply not hungry enough and would not lay it on the line like a gamer should. We had great defenses then and our offenses were not good. I can say that as I played offense. He did not have good QB play from 97-99. When he got Hall and Stewart, we won.
