Breezy - you stated this is the end of the Spring Evaluation period. What's the next step in the recruiting calendar. Seeing as they pumped out 30 offers yesterday, my guess it will be quiet again for a while.

Here is some information covering the period on the NCAA calendar from April 15 through July 31:
***
(f) April 15 through May 31, 2017 [except for (g) below]: Evaluation Period
One hundred sixty-eight (168) evaluation days (see Bylaw 13.02.7.2) (excluding Memorial Day and Sundays) selected at the discretion of the member institution and designated in writing in the office of the director of athletics [as provided in (1) below]: (1) An authorized off-campus recruiter may use one evaluation to assess the prospective student-athlete’s athletics ability and one evaluation to assess the prospective student-athlete’s academic qualifications during this evaluation period. If an institution’s coaching staff member conducts both an athletics and an academic evaluation of the prospective student-athlete on the same day during this evaluation period, the institution shall be charged with the use of an academics evaluation only and shall be permitted to conduct a second athletics evaluation of the prospective student athlete on a separate day during this evaluation period.
(g) Those days in April/May not designated above for evaluation opportunities: Quiet Period
(h) June 1 through July 31, 2017: Quiet Period

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a contact?
A contact occurs any time a college coach says more than hello during a face-to-face contact with a college-bound student-athlete or his or her parents off the college’s campus.
What is a contact period?
During a contact period a college coach may have face-to-face contact with college-bound student-athletes or their parents, watch student-athletes compete and visit their high schools, and write or telephone student-athletes or their parents.
What is an evaluation period?
During an evaluation period a college coach may watch college-bound student-athletes compete, visit their high schools, and write or telephone student-athletes or their parents. However, a college coach may not have face-to-face contact with college-bound student-athletes or their parents off the college’s campus during an evaluation period.
What is a quiet period?
During a quiet period, a college coach may only have face-to-face contact with college-bound student-athletes or their parents on the college’s campus. A coach may not watch student-athletes compete (unless a competition occurs on the college’s campus) or visit their high schools. Coaches may write or telephone college-bound student-athletes or their parents during this time.
What is a dead period?
During a dead period a college coach may not have face-to-face contact with college-bound student-athletes or their parents, and may not watch student-athletes compete or visit their high schools. Coaches may write and telephone student-athletes or their parents during a dead period.
***
As you can see, during a quiet period, a team can still telephone or write to prospective recruits and their parents, but the traveling to high schools has now ended (until later in the year). So, it is possible that an offer can be extended in a telephone conversation.
However, Holy Cross has camp days during the last week of June, so we can anticipate that camp attendees who impress may receive an offer at that time.
