The more likely personnel changes will be at the end of the bench. I‘m also curious if we see any of the suits change at the front of the bench.

For the record, Carmody recruited Wade.
Therefore, the assumption that Nelson is favoring Wade over Reilly because it's "his" guy is dead on arrival.
Got nothin' against Reilly, would love to see him contribute.

Wonder if HC has ever had TWO players in the same season dress for nearly every game and not play a minute. Hart and Sandy are in that category.

In the last few games Austin Butler has passed Father Earle Markey, George Blaney, Malcolm Miller, and Jave Meade to reach #48 on the all-time points scored list for Holy Cross. Of course we know that freshmen did not play varsity ball from about 1950 to 1971 and that earlier teams played fewer games. Still AB has accomplished a lot and I believe there are a lot more points to come next season.

Speaking of scoring, Joe P is on pace to be the first 2,000 point scorer at HC since Rob Feaster.

Besides the Perrys and the Harts what other Father-Son duos have played basketball for HC? Of course we have the Mother-Son duo with Pat Benzan and his mom.

We are down five scholarship players since last summer, so it’s not exactly unreasonable to surmise that there is the possibility for other attrition. Using that sort of logic, should we assume with the escalating incidence of corona virus infections that we will lose the rest of the team to infection before the season ends? (I discount the multiple posts from "meat" since I don't believe anyone takes those seriously.) How does posting things about the transfer portal make and possible transfers anything better? The “Transfer Portal” is the exact same thing as a player transferring for the last infinity years. It’s simply a private database for other teams to see who is transferring, but if a player like Pridgen wanted to transfer, he wouldn’t need other schools to use the database to find him. Did we need a “Transfer Portal” to know that Mike Cavataio was transferring from St John’s? How was Maurice Watson able to transfer from BU to Creighton with the big bad “Transfer Portal?”

They have not won this year’s tourneys yet. I'd trade places (basketball wise) with them in a heartbeat right now. As would I. They have more talent, a better coaching staff, and seemingly more institutional support (my assumption here is that admissions and the administration has bought into Langel’s strategy of bringing in transfers and they have played along with him). Langel is, in my mind, head and shoulders above every other coach in this league. If they advance to the NCAAT again this season, you’d have to figure he’ll be a hot name for A10 / AAC / CAA level schools.

Attendance 985 If two teams win championships in a forest, do they make any noise ? Given the remote location of Colgate (Hamilton has a population of ~5,000), they seem to have generated some decent local support in recent years. There’s definitely more people at the games now than there were at the beginning of Langel’s tenure.

There’s definitely more people at the games now than there were at the beginning of Langel’s tenure. I guess it's all relative. They are getting a few more fans - but still a disgracefully low number. About 900 per game this year. It was 620 last year. Bucknell has a lousy team this year and is located in a town the size of Hamilton, yet they are still drawing almost 2300.
