Lehigh didn’t score a TD again this week.
(They didn’t play, but let’s be honest, they wouldn’t have scored anyway.)

Wait - did I just see Ignatius post - I'll pass on a 5'9 running back? Wasn't #1 for us a 5'9 running back? He was pretty good.

I feel good about Fuller. He’ll be the bell cow moving forward, I hope. We once thought that about Oliver.... The kid is averaging over 7 yards a carry this year. I think that Oliver is a great back, who obviously gets limited attempts.

Yah I'll be the first to admit. Oliver is much better than I thought he was going to be.

And he still has the rest of the schedule to be the bull to matriculate the ball down the field. Very happy he decided not to attend that school in Cambridge. Can you image the uproar if he had, and ripped a couple of 100 plus games against HC?
It is a shame that his possible true accomplishments at HC, will not be realized due to a truncated Junior season due to the pandemic.
I hope he has a very high level academic graduate school placement (not necessarily playing football) and a successful career.

I've been on the Oliver bandwagon for several years now and it is good to see increasing support for him. It's great that he is a strong student and likely a "good kid", but above all he is a very effective running back.

To gain additional insight regarding Peter, I suggest you reviewing the commentary from the Georgetown game broadcast on ESPN+. Excellent student, and well rounded as an athlete.
From meeting him a couple of times, he was very pleasant during our conversation. Very much like Peter, and his parents, Jeff and Kate, despite their making an erroneous decision regarding their undergraduate enrollment. Fortunately they saw the light and corrected their youthful mistake with Peter and Lydia at HC. 😁

Isn’t there a chance he comes back to HC for another season? Certainly a possibility

Possible, but not really probable. Of course I have said similar things in the past about others...and been proven totally wrong. I am just pulling for him to land wherever is best for him and for his future. If that should be a dual major at HC, so much the better for HC. and for all HC fans!

Does anyone doubt that he would have as good a chance to move the department forward as Athletic Director as the next cookie cutter man/woman on the way up that the Parker Search Firm finds for us?

The number of people with bad things to say about Jeff Oliver...could fit in a phone booth.
