Before Arrowhead was built, did the Chiefs play in a stadium used by the A's or Royals? KC Municipal Stadium, used by both of the teams you mentioned. So we have 4 out of the 7. Tennessee Titans were the Houston Oilers who played in the Astrodome w/the Astros.

Depending on who you consider the expansion team, I will say either the Browns or the Ravens. One of those franchises shared Municipal Stadium with the Indians. The other never shared a stadium with a baseball team
------------------------
Did the Texans play at Minutemaid for a season waiting for their stadium? I am going to guess "no" and say they are an answer to the question. Also there has never been MLB in New Orleans and I don't remember the Saints being anywhere else to share a stadium

The other never shared a stadium with a baseball team That's the tricky one. The Browns the way they left things were a suspended franchise that resumed when they put the "new" team in there. Same nickname, record books, everything. So even though the resumed team never played in a baseball stadium (the new stadium was built from the get-go), they're out. The Ravens are technically the expansion team and they played at Memorial Stadium for a year or two waiting for their new home to be completed. So they're out too. You got the Saints (believe there have been some makeshift baseball exhibitions there but no real games) and someone got the Texans before that. Two to go. One is easy and one if I was on a quiz show I would have missed because the NFL team's original home never had a "real" MLB team (big hint).

Remember the goal posts being on the goal line? A good trivia question would be: which NFL franchises NEVER shared a stadium with a MLB team (in relation to one franchise, that would sort of be a trick question). I think Camden Yards was built prior to the Ravens. While both teams played in Memorial, they did so at different times and never "shared" the stadium on a side note, I had two thoughts that I edited into my first guess while you were replying. How do those look?

I've got the following among you and others: Dallas Cowboys Houston Texans New Orleans Saints Jacksonville Jaguars (Tom's but not mine) Baltimore Ravens Has anyone suggested another one or two?

I'll toss out a few ...
Broncos Ravens (as long as you don't count the years they were the Browns) Titans (as long as you don't count Oilers) Texans Saints (think they played at Tulane before the Superdome opened in the mid 1970's)
[EDIT]
Man while I was working thru the NFL teams, you guys beat me to my guesses 1 by 1!

Crucis had the Panthers. I know they played in South Carolina for a year, but who from MLB ever played in either stadium?

Green Bay routinely played a couple of home games per year in Milwaukee until about 1995. Many of those games were played in County Stadium, the home field for the Braves and then the Brewers. Oh, shoot, I forgot about that. Cross them off. 7 instead of 8. There's another franchise that has to be crossed off that's even trickier than that. It's gotta be Buffalo, right?

I don't know the answer to this, but the Blue Jays played some of their home games in Buffalo when there were issues with international travel and COVID. Did they play in Rich stadium? If not, Buffalo sounds like a good guess

No, it's Buffalo for sure. The current Bills stadium (which they'd like to replace, btw) was never used for baseball.
War Memorial was the Bills first home, but it was only used for minor league baseball. Unless you count the New York Knights !

The Rockies played two years at the original Mile High before Coors Field (and, later on, the new Mile High) were built. In 1993, their inaugural season, they set the all time MLB seasonal attendance record.

The Baltimore Colts & Baltimore Ravens - Memorial Stadium
Interesting question because the way its phrased is "which NFL FRANCHISE never SHARED a stadium with an MLB team" With regards to Baltimore, the Ravens FRANCHISE shared Municipal Stadium with the Cleveland Indians for years, when they were the Browns. By the time they moved to Baltimore in 1996, Memorial Stadium was football only as the O's had moved into Camden in 1992. So the Ravens never shared a stadium. The Baltimore Colts shared Memorial Stadium with the Orioles for a long time of course.

Um, Buffalo isn't the answer though since they played home games in Toronto at Rogers Stadium/Skydome en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bills_Toronto_Series

Yep. Can't find any evidence they ever played at The Trop, either. Raymond James Stadium wqs actually built before the Rays came to town. Believe it or not, the Lightning played at the Trop at one point if Im not mistaken. Prior to Raymond James, which opened in 1997 IIRC, the Bucs played in a decaying bowl-shaped stadium that people referred to as "The Sombrero".

Seahawks shared the Kingdome with expansion Mariners for a few years.
From what Tim has told us, he has 7 and he isn't counting Baltimore
He has confirmed Tampa Buffalo New Orleans Houston Texans Jacksonville Dallas
meaning he thinks there's one more out there. I've been having fun with the question, but haven't seen a confirmation or denial of Crucis' Carolina guess. Panthers sound like a pretty good bet to me, so I stopped trying to come up with that 7th one

The 7th one was the Packers. I had 7 to begin with, one was Baltimore; someone came up with the Pack because they used to play games at Milwaukee County Stadium (2 or 3 a year) and the Brewers and Braves played there.
So 7 -1 + 1 = 7
Charlotte's never had a major league baseball team.
