Oh, by the way, there's a game tomorrow
Bucknell is 7-6 (6-6 vs D-I opponents). Rare, mid-week afternoon game with a 2:00 start
It will be interesting to see if the trend of Tse getting more of Batch's minutes continues

I can’t speak for the rest of the board but I’d be happy to trade coaches with you, bison

From what I've observed over the years, Davis has a legit assistant on the staff, and he appears to listen to him

137, you aren’t actually predicting a Crusader win, are you?!!😳 I think it is possible, although I think Bucknell‘s height advantage in the middle could be decisive. A lot will depend on who makes their threes. Bucknell has actually been good in that category this season, ranking 45th in the nation. Pomeroy makes Bucknell a five point favorite. As a coach, Nathan Davis is lost in the final two minutes of a close game, so that at least means HC will not be at a disadvantage in the final minutes.

Pomeroy Bucknell- 243 HC- 349 which translates to HC being a five point underdog as a home team.

Let’s see how close reality is to this line tomorrow.
I am hoping the grandchildren will see a Purple win but my gut tells me otherwise despite the poor coaching by the Bison leader.

Final Bucknell 73 Crusaders 56
in the past I would have picked HC, and we lost. Now I am saying we will lose and maybe that will result in a close win

What is the crowd like tomorrow?
Anybody remember how loud it was when Floyd took the charge against Bucknell.
What a great time. I miss the Hart Center

Reasonable to assume we'll never get an actual count unless a poster chooses to count people like at one of the D-III games earlier this season. I think published attendance is paid attendance (and maybe some guy counting who comes through the student gate). There are lots of people who take vacation time this week. There is also a significant percentage of season ticket holders that are retired and Friday afternoon isn't much different than Saturday afternoon. However, I have to believe there will be a higher than normal percentage of season ticket holders who don't attend this game because it's a work day for most people of working age

Is there some kids promotion attached to the starting time?

Is there some kids promotion attached to the starting time? When they do it for the girls and when Sacred Heart did it last week it was during the school day and it was kind of like a field trip. I can't speak for Sacred Heart, but when HC does it for the girls, it isn't just a basketball game. There is other programming associated with girls in sports that day. I would be shocked if today was something like that during school vacation. I think there might be some promotion about kids under a certain age going for free. Maybe there hoping that Mommies and Daddies who took vacation time while the kids are on break are looking for a Friday afternoon activity. Even if there is a decent number of those people who wouldn't ordinarily come, it doesn't change the fact that the attendance will likely be more over reported than normal

As a season ticket holder who has to work, it is really disappointing that they would schedule a league game today at 2 - especially against the team that has been a historical rival - (if rivals actually exist in the PL)
I just can't understand why this was done. I think the predicted 400 number for attendance may be an exaggeration.

I am sure they are doing it for my young grandchildren who are off from school and a day game works out nicely for them as they have other things they do on the weekends and at night. You can go on the weekends and at night. Time for the young ones and the people who worked hard all their lives and fortunate to have a solid retirement. In case you never heard, after you retire, "every day is Saturday, except Sunday."
