So...sans any more internal photos, AIR from my visit 2+ months ago the major remaining work was converting the old S&C area in the rear of Hart into the football offices, correct ? Assuming that area is now complete, is the LAC now 98% finished. Externally, grading and the planting of some trees/bushes with sod grass going in next Spring.
Have I missed anything ?

Taking a peek in that area during half-time of the Albany hoops game, the offices in the old Strength and Conditioning area are no where near complete

I did not go all the way through, On the ground floor, you could exit the building through the rear door towards the outdoor turf field. The windows into the ground floor workout area were boarded so you couldn't see how much progress had been made.
I did not go up that small staircase, to the upper level, or recall if it was even still there

The other area that they may still be working on is the old squash / racquetball courts. From the plans it was hard to tell what would be happening there. Though as best as I could tell, these were not being converted into another use.

Nope. That was one of the first areas to be completed. Offices at the back and branding are last two internal areas to be finished.

It was included in the tours they were running prior to home football games

Tom, Never have seen the squash/racquetball courts. Sports medicine was created from space that I believe was previously locker rooms, not assigned to any sport. Sports medicine is on the same level as the football locker rooms. The two ergonomic rooms for crew, and which are new, are at the south end of the sports medicine space. ^^^ From 2010. This space became something else., As I understood it, the courts were/are under this (sports medicine) space. In one of the construction drawings, I did find a reference that seemed to indicate the court(s) surface was to be repaired/refinished.

That photo looks like it was taken from the spectator entrance to the pool facing north towards the main lobby and front door. The ramp gives it away. The photo might even pre-date 2010 because it's right outside the rowing tanks (which don't seem to have moved. To the right from that picture is a hall between the pool and basketball court. Old training room was on the left side of that hall. The racquetball courts were on the front end of that hall. I'm pretty sure that's where the expanded sports medicine/training is now located. There might be one court left as the training area comes a little bit north where the old side door was

The original handball/racquet ball courts were converted to locker rooms for soccer and lacrosse about seven or eight years ago.
The new soccer and lacrosse locker rooms have now been moved to under the sports performance center along with track and field for men and women. The area of the original soccer / lacrosse locker rooms are now the sports medicine suite that contains the training rooms and the hydrotherapy pools. Theses rooms now have windows that face east to the Indoor practice field addition, and can be seen from the outside with an entrance directly into that corridor. I do not believe the building now contains any handball or racquetball courts.
The rowing ergonomic machines, are now in the same area as sports medicine. The picture above shows when these machines were placed temporarily in the hallway for a team workout session.

I stand corrected, if memory serves me, there were two of the racquet ball courts out of four or five that were converted to locker rooms in the Hart addition about seven years ago. From my most recent tour in October, I did not see any racquet ball / squash courts after the renovation.

Of course, I was just building on the Inspector Clouseau reference, not challenging facts or anyone's opinions

Certainment! _________________________ The Hart schedule date would have been pre-Luth construction. If I find time, I will see if I can find a reference in the demolition notes in the construction drawings.

CORRECTION
" Does your dog bite ? "
" No "
( the inspector goes to pet the dog and is bitten )
" IDIOT...you said your dog does not bite ! "
" He doesn't....this is not my dog "

I am not sure that adding more lines from the exchange is a "correction"...more of an enhancement. The line of the hotel clerk in the Pink Panther Strikes Again is what I was citing. It is "That is not my dog."

Back to the LAC....
Keep forgetting to ask vis a vis recruiting, facilities, et al....
Who else has a permanent indoor football field building in the Northeast ? I count Syracuse while BC's in under construction. Harvard's seasonal bubble doesn't count. Nobody in the PL, right ?
