I figure a coach has three jobs. In no particular order, they are recruiting, making players better, and the x's and o's of preparing for and winning games. I think that JF has improved since he arrived on campus. I thought he had poor footwork and that he did not move smoothly with or without the ball as a freshman and to a lesser degree as a sophomore. I think there was a pretty big jump last year. Carmody and staff need to be credited for that. Hopefully, that magic can happen with some other players.

He has been great this far. Tough to lose him but timing now may not be as bad since the Friars have just five games in the next five weeks (before 01/12/19)
