Ann McD is class of '79, so she is probably 62 or 63. Does HC have a mandatory retirement age for staff?

Amaker could recruit a bench player from a Class D high school with 36 ACT and 4,0 and just park him on the bench, right? Then he’d have the offset he needed- or would other IL coaches appeal to league commissioner? I keep telling my eldest son he could be a D1 athlete at an IVy if he keeps his grades and test scores high enough. Plenty of room at the Ivy Inn for really smart athletes.

Ideally, we’d land two impact transfers and have a chance to be good in 2021-22 Imo there is little chance for one, never mind two transfers It’d be a real shame if Nelson, with all these scholarships at his disposal, is unable to bring one transfer in.

3 seniors Copeland (count him for now) Wade Pridgen Reilly (maybe) 4 incoming
That would leave 2. Copeland and Reilly (if Reilly is a PWO) make that 4.
What's this, the third time in recent memory we've had a class w/0 or 1 in it? (the rising juniors).

That website current lists Niego as a red shirted member of the class of 2022. I know people don't trust that site, but that's what it's saying

Looks like an offer to a Junior College transfer.
Not sure if he has two or three years of eligibility.

He was a sophomore at State Fair Community College in Sedalia Missouri and averaged 13 points per game. 6-4 guard from Chicago
I would not have guessed this one
Here is his personal statement from his high school player profile
Personal Statement
My collegiate goals are to become a student athlete at a high academic institution and to excel in both the classroom and on the basketball court. I will graduate from the University that I choose, having met and befriended a number contacts that I will use as resources for the next 40 years of my life!
I'm a good candidate for a number of Universities because of my elite work ethic, dedication to learning both on and off of the court, and my leadership and great character that I dislpay.
I differentiate myself from other college recruits by outworking my competition, studying my craft (Basketball), dedicating myself to be an elite student and being a good person who makes good decisions, whether I'm alone or in front of my team and or coaching staff.

He's a 6-5 SG who played at State Fair Community College last year. Some highlight film.

Checks all the right student-athlete boxes.
I recall Matt Zignorski say that choosing Holy Cross was a 40-year decision, not a 4-year one. Mature perspective.

More highlights from last season. Strong body, plays tough, and - like Pridgen and all Nelson's guard/wing recruits - attacks the basket past and through contact.

For those of you who didn't catch it in person, here's the full game replay of last month's Region 16 semifinal between State Fair and Mineral Area College. Townsel is #12 in blue.

Often times, JuCo kids just need a chance.
Who else has offered him?
