SOV, that's great news! These guys are getting old, right? Like Brady the other night - well past his prime. We got 'em where we want 'em!

Igor certainly made the time outs during mens game interesting and enjoyable for HC fans, and a source of intense antagonism to our opposition, especially his dance, apparent incantations to the other team and occasionally to the officiating crew and the fan chants to accommodate Igor. I still remember Chris Potter stealing and scoring on successive inbound plays under the basket by Lehigh during the Friday night game of January 16, 1976. It was Winter Homecoming. Igor certainly put the whammy on Lehigh that night. 84-60. The following night, which was dedication weekend of the Hart Center, HC beat BC 84-83 to complete a Winter weekend sweep. The following year against Colgate on Feb 4, 1977, Chris Potter again showed increased pressure on Colgate preventing their ability to inbound under the HC basket. The team could use his incantations this evening against Colgate. Was hoping after Igor graduated in 1978, there would have been a successor to pick up the mantle and the antics. Hope somewhere there is film of his appearances, along with another great entertainment group that appeared several times during that era……The Bud Light Daredevils. Men’s Basketball games at Hart were entertaining and exciting then, events that must be attended…….now it feels like penance for past transgressions. 🤣 Those were great days. Exciting basketball, a packed-house, and fun for all.
Great memories that I don't imagine will/can be matched in my lifetime - however long that might be.Life is like a roll of toilet paper. The closer you get to the end, the faster it seems to go.

I just hope our guys don't meet the same fate as this poor slob:
Sorry, I'm just so wrapped up in tonight's promotion....

Worth noting Colgate's PG Braeden Smith (probably the league's top freshmen) only played three minutes against Bucknell in their last game. Presumably he got hurt.
Be interesting to see if he plays tonight.

Nice summary if the game by the Colgate Coach "They scored and we couldn't." That pretty much says it all.

Feels like Tucker Richardson has been there for a decade. Assumed the one there now was Tucker Richardson, Jr.

Any word on the status of our coach and/or Wilbar?

Tucker Neal played for Colgate. While visiting a friend who worked for Colgate in April of 1996, he introduced me to Tucker when we were stopped by Cotterrel while touring facilities on campus. Was a very nice young man, despite him being a nemesis to our beloved Saders.😊

Dorsey back....but so is Colgate's Smith.
No sign of Wilbar. Louth and Rabs here.

Given Wilbar’s absence at Lafayette and not being in the gym tonight, can we assume he’s no longer with the team?

HALF. Colgate, 37-36.
Right there with them. Bo back from the dead with 11 on 4-6 (3-4), GG with 9 boards, and team rebounds are 15-15.

Given Wilbar’s absence at Lafayette and not being in the gym tonight, can we assume he’s no longer with the team? I wouldn't assume anything. On another point, whatever Colgate did to get their star frosh from wearing a boot over the weekend to showing no sign of an injury 4 days later, should be copied.

Very heartening first half. Defense stuck like glue much of the time. We'll have more depth in the second half as Nelson signed one of the kids playing at halftime.🤣 We can win this game if we don't run out of gas.
