Ok, this young guy created some youtube videos this past season where he rates his visits to the D-1 venues in Massachusetts. Granted, just one guy's opinion, but he was quite complimentary of the Hart:
Here are others I could find:
Something to pass the time while waiting for the impact transfer to arrive.....

What's even sadder is now that fun to watch ISU team is likely to be dismantled, if (when) their players follow the coach to St. Louis.

At today's Sox at Angels game, there is a guy behind the plate (to the far right, in a run way) with a HC shirt on. He's been waving his arms to distract the Sox pitcher. He keeps popping in and out of view.

I remember driving up to Exeter Academy in the spring of 2017 (2017!) to see his team play for the NE Prep championship in their division...only I wasn't there to watch him, but rather Kyle Copeland. But very early on I remember checking out the program to see who the heck this kid was, who was playing very well. Javante McCoy was also on that team, and their opponent that day was a team (Milton Academy?) that featured Cormac Ryan, who just finished up his college career. Seems like a lifetime ago!

I hope it stays that way. It's the only way the league is going to improve. And I personally think those Loyola players should reconsider.

Bronny James (USC) in the portal - wonder what Dad thinks That Bronny is a chip off the old block. Dad hasn't been shy about changing teams. Oh boy - let me know when "The Decision - The Next Generation" airs. Want to have my chips and beverage at the ready.

"Students" wanting to be paid like pros will need to adjust to being treated like pros by many fan bases, maybe even this one. I've always tried to be careful about being critical of players, whether online or at a game, but I'm wondering if my attitude will change if I find a player is financially readier for retirement than I am. Only partially kidding.

Just seems like D1 hoops (and FBS/FCS football) are more or less pro leagues now. For hoops, it seems like it's a matter of whether or not you want to be in the major leagues, Triple A, Double A or Single A ball.....or drop down to the D2-D3 amateur level. Yuck

No matter what happens, they certainly aren't in awe of the Queen and her Court. You alums have a lot to be proud of.

With Colgate, unfortunately I think the game confirmed what we suspected all along - they just weren't quite as strong as some of their other recent teams. Remember, they hadn't had to face even a top 200 team in almost 3 months. I don't think it was really a matter of being unprepared.
For instance, while Braeden Smith is a fine player and pg, he wasn't going to go off for 35 points like Jordan Burns did against Tennessee. The Moffatt Man, while again a fine PL player, was not at the level of Tucker Richardson. And while young kids like Cox and Parker Jones have promise, they couldn't be expected to have the same impact in a game like this that Nelly Cummings or Jack Ferguson would have. Really, the Mayor of South Kingstown was the only one who looked like he could punch up a level. Course, if Baylor shoots like that going forward it's going to be tough for any team to bring them down.

Is this the beginning of the end for those fans that merely buy season tickets and make the most modest of donations to the program? Not being critical of you folks doing all that you can to keep the program competitive; my anger is with the behemoths that created this new world. One of the coolest things for me in being a fan is the connection I've experienced over the years in getting to know the players (and their parents) a little through both events and informal conversations. Not sure I want to sell an organ just to maintain a connection going forward. Again, to you guys putting it together, no offense intended. Just seems like sweat equity isn't going to mean much anymore.

Two extra days of rest sure didn't help the top 4 seeds in the A-10 tournament - Richmond, Loyola, Dayton and UMass are all gonzo. res's Bonnies with a gutsy performance against the Ramblers.

It's possible, but it could be a bunch of things. Probably shouldn't speculate at this point. At any rate, we are now looking at 2 open slots on 3/14/24. Somebody find 2 plug in and play guys with 2 years eligibility, preferably in the 6-8 - 6-11 range (that can play inside and out, play solid man D, help with rim protection, and other skills). That should be easy, shouldn't it? Not sure how many of those boxes they check but two sophomores from W&M have entered the portal since Dane Fischer got fired. One is 6’10”, Williams, and the other is 6’7”, Karasinski. I would imagine they are very good academically to be at William and Mary. They both seem to have had quite a few offers coming out of HS. Didn't check how they did in Williamsburg. Wonder if Fischer would do CDP a solid and steer one of these guys north.

The PL may stink, but college basketball as a whole doesn't smell all that great to me these days.

Mr. Ed was no Arnold the Pig. I liked Arnold more than most of the characters on that show; they really annoyed me.
