Haven't been paying attention.... What's taking so long on this ? Any timetable for a choice ? Hockey East is planning on going forward with 11 teams, that is what the discussions have been with the schedule for 2017-2018! Disappointing!!!!!!!

Did anyone else notice in the construction photos the new "ADA" ramp (that's the caption under the photo) that they are installing in the hockey rink? Still blows my mind they won't make dramatic improvements to hockey like they are to bball. If the only change is an ADA ramp than that is joke!!!!!!!! Attachment Deleted

They are WR gloves. Players these days like the logo on the inside palm. The entire surface that is white is "sticky" ideal for ball handlers. Typically they will take these off during rain as the "sticky" turns to "slippery" .

WORCESTER, Mass. – Jen Lapicki has been named as the new head coach of the softball program at the College of the Holy Cross, director of athletics Nathan Pine announced. Lapicki, who will take over as the ninth head coach in program history, joins the Crusaders after serving most recently as an assistant coach at Princeton University.
“I am pleased to announce the addition of Jen Lapicki to the Holy Cross community to lead our softball program,” said Pine. “Jen’s obvious passion for developing student-athletes and for the game of softball was evident in our conversations and I am excited for the future of Holy Cross Softball under her leadership. She had an accomplished career as a student-athlete, and has played important roles in all facets of running successful programs as an assistant coach. Jen’s success coaching in an elite academic environment previously is also important and will serve her well at Holy Cross.”
“I am extremely excited and honored to have been given the opportunity to join the Holy Cross family and lead the Crusader softball program,” said Lapicki. “I believe the possibilities for Holy Cross softball are endless, and I look forward to getting out on the field, developing relationships and competing in the Patriot League. I am also delighted that I will be able to work with players who are remarkable students, athletes and individuals.”
For the last year, Lapicki served as the head coach of the New Jersey Breakers in Farmingdale, N.J., leading program skill development for four age groups and seven teams. She was previously an assistant coach at Princeton for three seasons from 2013-2015. During her time at Princeton, Lapicki helped lead the Tigers to three consecutive second place finishes in the Ivy League South Division. In 2013, Princeton posted an overall record of 27-19, good for its most victories since 2006.
Prior to her time at Princeton, Lapicki was an assistant coach at Iona during the 2012 season. During her one year with the Gaels, Iona posted an overall record of 35-26, won the Metro Atlantic Athletic Association regular season and tournament titles, and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
Lapicki earned her bachelor’s degree in sports management from Florida State in 2011, and her master’s degree in business administration from Iona in 2013. She earned Academic All-Atlantic Coast Conference honors during both of her seasons with the Seminoles, in addition to being named second team All-Atlantic Coast Conference and All-Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament as a senior in 2011.
Lapicki previously attended Tennessee during her freshman and sophomore years, where she was named to the Southeastern Conference All-Freshman team in 2008 and the CoSIDA Academic All-America third team in 2009. She played in the NCAA Tournament during each of her four seasons in college.
WHAT THEY ARE SAYING ABOUT LAPICKI
“I’m thrilled for Jen as she embarks on a new chapter in her coaching career. I believe her experience and passion for student-athlete development will make her a fantastic asset to the Holy Cross softball program and athletic department. Jen adds value to everything she does and I know the student-athletes at Holy Cross will enjoy learning from a leader with such strong character.” – Princeton Head Coach Lisa Van Ackeren
“Jen is incredibly knowledgeable about the game and is excellent at teaching it. Players respond to her passion and her instruction and improve under her leadership. She is an awesome individual as well, holding herself to very high standards. Holy Cross is lucky!” – Former Iona Head Coach Veronica Rivera

Of course, it is very hard for HC to have camp when we have no court I wonder where the one day camp will be held ? For years they have rented hoops and played in the parking lots near Hart Center.
